WE ARE BUILDING A BARN!
More than 30 years ago, a small group of Legionaries began to organize outdoor retreats for the youth to guide them and strengthen their Catholic Faith. It wasn’t until 2009 when the prayers of the Legionaries were answered when land was bought and donated. These 66.2 acres parcel of land in Catharpin, Virginia is a miraculous gift from God! This land would be used to permanently host the retreats and events organized by the Legion of Mary. Thus, Holy Trinity Jubilee Park was born.
For the past 15 years, there has been no official building with shelter on the land. In 2025, we had to cancel our retreats due to the inclement weather which caused dangerous conditions in the park. It became evident that it is time to have some sort of shelter established on the land to host these Legion of Mary retreats and functions. We are therefore humbly seeking donations to achieve our goal of building the barn and having it ready to be used in 2026. We pray that you may share your generous gifts from God to help us achieve this goal of creating a permanent home for the Legion of Mary members. May our Heavenly Mother Mary shower you with countless blessings as she intercedes for us to her Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Peace! Joy! Love! -Dr. Seggy Acosta, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
